Michael Barefoot
Birthday: July 27, 1958 Occupation: Registered Nurse Marital Status: Married No. of Children: 2 Your best memory?: Catching the train from Huntingdon to London. Then having to call Mom to say I had missed the last train home. Problem was I suppose to be at a Boy Scout Function at Alconbury. WOOPS! From Michael:
We are now living in Central Texas after many years of living in the Dallas area (Kessler Park). We lived off base a Leighton Bromswold and moved on base the last year or so we were there. Both of the girls have moved away and have now been married for several years. After about 15 years of being a Fire Fighter/Paramedic in the motion picture industry, went back to school and became an RN, and now work for the State. My wife who is also an RN (for much longer than I have been) are Master Gardeners and love to use photography as an excuse to go traveling. You have no idea how much I miss Alconbury and England in general. First date, first kiss, first dance, first time to drive a car . . . Those were the best days of my life. Still like to fantasize about going back on a working holiday for a year. But that probably won’t happen.
If anyone knows where William Nelson (Dad was Col. Jack Nelson, Wing Commander) ended up would love to catch up with him. Last I heard they retired near Colorado Springs.

Birthday: November 24, 1958 Occupation: Management Analyst (US
Army Corps of Engineers) Marital Status: Married No. of Children: 3 From Shawn: After leaving England I sent 18 months at Offutt AFB, and then went back overseas. I graduated from Zweibruecken AHS in Germany, joined the Airforce and retired after 24 years. I still have more years of my life overseas than in CONUS. Life as a BRAT may not always be easy, but it is interesting. The only thing I don't like about it istrying to track down FRIENDS from the past and not finding them.
